Meghan Reilly serves as the General Manager of Interop ITX. She rejoined UBM in September 2016 after spending six years helping build Code for America, a national non-profit focused on improving government services through technology. She served as Chief Administrative Officer, and had responsibilities for operations, finance, HR and legal as well as their annual event, the Code for America Summit. At UBM previously, she left as the Associate GM on the Web 2.0 and Gov 2.0 events, co-produced by UBM and O’Reilly Media. Her experience in the technology arena includes working on major events such as COMDEX, Interop, Web 2.0 Summit, Web 2.0 Expo, and more. She was drawn to San Francisco after graduating from University of Colorado by The Ritz-Carlton, and spent her early career in the hospitality industry.

Alan Ren joined VMware in 2011 and is currently general manager of VMware China R&D Center. With over 20 years’ experience in R&D and consultation service management in the IT industry, he is leading the Chinese R&D team of over 500 members and is in charge of VMware’s global localization operations. Previously he had worked as general manager of VMware Shanghai R&D Center and managed products such as Cloud Foundry, vFabric Data Director, Big Data and Mozy. He obtained an MBA degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, a master’s degree in computer sciences from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, New York.

Larry Zhang, Director, Systems Engineering, is a F5 authorized spokesperson in Greater China region. He leads pre-sales engineering team in Greater China region to promote SDAS(Software Defined Application Service). Also Mr. Zhang actively participates in lots of key cloud events in China and he is a respected SDAS evangelist in China. Before joining F5, Mr. Zhang took several leading roles in different multinational companies, including Chief Cloud Computing Consultant in Huawei Carrier BG, Greater China Systems Engineering Director in VMware Inc., technical team lead and Systems Engineering Manager in Brocade Communications Systems Inc., Sr. Systems Engineer in VERTIAS Software Corporation (Acquired by Symantec) and so on. In addition, Mr. Zhang publishes dozens of IT professional articles on public magazines, across CMM certification, Disaster Recover Architecture, virtualization, cloud computing and regulation compliance. Mr. Zhang was a member of China National DR Expert Committee before. Also he was honored as a member of Shanghai Municipal Experts Committee of Cloud Computing from 2010 to 2011, an editorial committee member of IEEE Spectrum from 2013 to 2015, Advisory Board member of Cloud Connect China, a member of CCF YOSEF Shanghai as well. Mr. Zhang was named as China Excellent CTO in 2012 and 2013 by China Computer Information World. Mr. Zhang was also named as One of Shandong Ten Outstanding Youth in Shanghai in Jan. 2014. Mr. Zhang also owns a public expert blog on 51CTO and manages a public wechat account “China_Cloud_Dream”.

Mac.Lv ,the Executive Vice President of Yovole Networks, graduated from the Harbin University of Science and Technology, double bachelor’s degree computer automation and electrical engineering specialty.He is studying for a master’s degree at Fudan University. His main research of cloud computing technology. Mac.Lv is a member of Shanghai Informatization Youth Talent Association and Vice President of Shanghai Development Center Cloud Computing Technology Development Center.

Mr. Hou has more than 10 years of the experiences in IT/ICT Industries. Richard specializes in Cloud Computing, Distributed Computing, Parallel Computing and Cloud Consulting service, etc. Richard has published a book (Co-author), many papers (SCI&EI index) related cloud computing, and as Research Scientist work with Tsinghua Future Information Technology Lab (CN), Argonne National Lab (USA) and Scalable Computing Software Lab (USA).

Ji Xinhua, CEO of UCloud Information Technology Co., Ltd., former CEO of Sanda Cloud Calculation, former Chief Security Officer of Sanda Online, former Vice General Manager of Tencent’s Security Center and Huawei Manager and holders of other positions. He has many years of experience in research and development of cloud computing operations, security management, and product research and development. He has rich management and practice experience of safety management as well as broad connections in the industry.

Dr. Lu is the founder and CEO of Anchora, which builds an intelligent open cloud platform solution that enables both a public cloud platform service MoPaaS with extensions for mobile and data services and a dedicated PaaS cloud platform solution that facilitates enterprise infrastructure and application consolidation and cloud platform portability. Under his leadership, MoPaaS becomes the first and now the leading open cloud platform services in China, and Anchora becomes one of the first members (and now the only member from China) of the open PaaS Cloud Foundry Foundation. Dr. Lu has over 18 year experiences in hi-tech product development and marketing. Before he founded Anchora, he served in key engineering and management positions at IBM and NASA-JPL etc. He has solid background in cloud computing, data storage, machine learning, information retrieval, intelligent systems, and cybernetics. He published over 50 peer-reviewed technical papers in those areas, including over ten long papers on IEEE Transactions. He has over ten patents and patent applications in the US and China. He was the chairman of IEEE Communications Society – Silicon Valley. He received the Ph.D. degree (EE/Math) from CalTech and the B.Sc. degree from Tsinghua University, China.

Mr. Zhang is the founder and CEO of 99cloud, a leading OpenStack solution provider in China. Previously, Mr. Zhang worked for 21vianet as the VP of product marketing and later as the CEO of 21viacloud. He has in depth knowledge of IDC industry in China and he is an early evangelist of China Openstack community. He will share with the audience from a practitioner’s view on the business value of an Open software defined data center. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelor degree from U.C. Berkeley and a MBA from Santa Clara.

Mr. Yufeng Zhang is the CEO of UniLake Systems, which focuses on providing highly automated and intelligent global cloud network convergence platform services for enterprises. He has over 20 years’ experience of network communication cloud computing technology, product, marketing, ecology and service operation. Previously, he was CTO of Internet Harbor, responsible for SD-WAN and hybrid/multi-cloud management platform; CTO of Brocade Greater China, responsible for pre-sales, regional DevOps, market/eco-systems); and Enterprise BU leader for APAC of Alcatel-Lucent, responsible for product, marketing and OEM. He is also a member of the Expert Committee on cloud network convergence of CAICT.

Yaxuan Qi is the member of Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club (TEEC), he received his BS, MS, and Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and the visiting scholar of University of Southern California. He has co-authored more than 20 international conference papers and has 3 Chinese patents and 1 U.S. patent. He founded Yunshan Networks in Dec 2011, the first SDN start-up in China to devote SDN industrialization in cloud data center.

During his work with Huawei, Mr. Ben Du played a key role in the planning and implementation of Huawei’s open source strategy, and leads Huawei’s Container Ecosystem project in 2015. Ben contributes to the establishment of OCI and CNCF Foundation and help Huawei to become a founding member, before he went to guide Huawei’s first independent open source ecosystem project LiteOS, an open-source operating system for IoT, in 2017. He has accumulated a wealth of practical experience over the open source community and is very familiar with the entire open ecosystem from construction to operation. Before joined Huawei, he is a promoter of China OpenStack Community, an elected Director of OpenStack Foundation, and one of the translators for Chinese version “OpenStack Cloud Computing Cookbook”.

Yale had been Chief Cyber Security Technologist of Huawei and had been with Microsoft as the Global Chief Security Architect. He came to Microsoft from IBM where he was the Chief Technology Architect. He was a doctoral advisor of Washington University, a big data consultant of NIST of the U.S. government and a security consultant of the president of Indonesia. In his early years, he studied under winner of the Nobel Prize in physics of CERN. And also, he studied in Stanford University, Victoria University, China University of science and technology, etc. He is also one of the main author of ‘Cloud 360’, ‘Microsoft 360’, ‘Big Data Revolution’ and etc.
